First and foremost, I just want to confirm that, there is a apps called YT studio, which is developed by Google (a youtube parents’ company). Please don’t get confused with YT studio and YT love. YT love is not the developed by anyone from youtube or google. In this video I will also answers some question which will help you better understand the ytlove app.

Recently, I met many new youtubers who actually are using the apps without knowing the consequences, then I read about the apps. Even, YT love itself says, they are not associated with Google or Youtube. The app is only available in android market place. For this video, one of my brothers and I use ytlove on his youtube channel with 80+ subscribers to experiment the results. Let’s talk shortly:

How ytLove works:

You login to YTlove apps, create campaign, watch others video and earn some coin. Ok, this sound fun huh, you are earning some coins, you can’t withdraw these coin to your bank, but you can use the same coin to promote your video or grow the subscribers.

Can you actually get the Youtube video Views using YT love?

In my experiment, Yes, you can get the video views. you can setup a campaign to get the views. The views will cost you the same virtual coins and rate will be determine based on how long you want the other users to watch your video.

So, you probably have question,

What is the concern about ytLove?

When you use YTlove, all your view will count as come from external sources. The external source means your video has imbedded or linked to application or website. This is a good think if your video is embedded to any blog or website which does not offer buying or selling views or subscribers.
But in this case, the story is different, ytlove app is still new and youtube is yet to find out, when there will be loads of views and many channels start getting the views and subscribers from ytlove, the things will be different.
The other question you may have:

Does playing video in ytlove app, count toward 4000 youtube watch hours requirement?

Honestly, I haven’t met or found that they said their channel is approved and monetization using the YTlove. But surprisingly, during the experiment process, the views and watch minutes in the videos are count in our case. Not sure if youtube will remove them in future. I also read and heard about youtube monetization process, that youtube of course will check your channel data before approving for monetization.

Is it legal or illegal use the Yt love?

Actually, is it unfair to say any product is legal or illegal, specially, when YT love itself says in their website that, they do not offer the ability to purchase, view and subscribers as it against youtube policy. They want the video to reach to many people which they do because monetization is not their concern.

Incentivization Spam: content that sells engagement metrics such as views, likes, comments, or any other metric on YouTube. This also includes content where the only purpose is to boost subscribers, views, or other metrics.

Basically, when you use YTlove, your channel insight will have these data, where youtube can see all the traffic is coming from the apps that is used for views and getting subscription. I think, It is a flag for your channel. I know there are many youtubers are using this service and somehow getting the views, but trust me you don’t want to do anything that put your channel under suspicious.

Can you get subscribers from Yt Love?

I think I would rephrase the question; can you get the subscribers that are useful or real? The answer is Yes and no, what is that yes or no.
During the experiment process, we get the subscribers, they are login to Yt love apps with fake users account just to get the views and subscribers or they will unsubscribe to your channel once they get the point.

Is there any side effect of using ytLove app?

During the experiment process, We figured it out, using ytlove, your channel overall search ranking will go down. The channel we use for experiment disappear from search very next day, the worse thing is we can’t even find his channel name after search his full name. The channel however is back to search result, 3 days after stop using the app.

I strongly suggest, if you are in youtube for long run, this app is a no go for any channels, that want to make money in youtube using youtube monetization program and have decent ranking in youtube organic search result.

If your external source is too high, your channel can also demonetize from youtube, mean youtube can disable advertisement anytime in your channel have unusual traffic from website that use for the views and subscribers sells metrics.
